We are now looking for a committed and driven Team Leader for our unit for individual and family care (IFO) who wants to be involved and make a difference for our residents.
WORK TASKS
As a team leader for IFO, you have a key role in leading and supporting our caseworkers in their processing. You are responsible for quality assurance of processes, promoting cooperation and contributing to a safe and developing work environment. The role involves both operational and strategic leadership where you actively participate in development work and implementation of new procedures and guidelines.
You are directly subordinate to the Head of Operations for the Assistance Unit.
As this position involves a high degree of teamwork, you should appreciate the daily interaction in the workplace. This position requires a very high degree of physical presence and offers limited opportunities for teleworking.
QUALIFICATIONS
We want you to be a trained social worker and have several years of experience in administration in the exercise of authority, in the social services' individual and family care and a genuine interest and experience of management and coaching in the field and of work management.
As a team leader, you will be expected to lead, inspire and motivate staff and coach them to develop. You have a good understanding of legislation, regulations and the impact of social interventions on individuals and society. Keeping up to date with research and development in your field is a matter of course. You are structured and clear in your communication in both speech and writing.
The employer will take great account of your personal suitability and a B driving license is a requirement.
We also want you to have a clear development focus as we are in a transition towards the new Social Services Act that came in 2025 and that you have a solid interest and commitment to working with the challenges facing the social services in the short and long term. You have good self-awareness, are calm and methodical with the ability to think strategically.

The salary range for this position is between SEK 45 - 49,000/month full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and skills.
