Primary care in Jokkmokk municipality is a workplace where proximity is the focus. Our teams work together at different levels to provide the best possible care to the residents of the municipality.
We are now looking for a committed and responsible substitute registered nurse during the regular nurse's parental leave. We are in an exciting, challenging and developing time with the transition to Close Care, which is conducted throughout the country in collaboration between the municipality and the region.
As this service is a long-term substitute, you will take part in a test initiative that will offer double ob compensation between 22-06, where the working hours are 21-07. Do you want to be involved in developing the future of municipal primary care within the Social Services in Jokkmokk?

JOB DUTIES
As a nurse, you are offered a meaningful and varied job where you work in care homes, ordinary housing and the functional support area. In this role, you will work independently and be a key person for our users and patients at night, as well as support for the nursing staff. The on-call doctor is available via telephone contact.
It is important for us to work together to find new ways to improve our activities, both for staff and users/patients. This is why change management is an important part. Through it, we can together develop the municipal primary care and strengthen the good care for our elderly.
The service includes customary nursing tasks such as:
- Responsible for the overall nursing activities in the municipality's primary care at night
- Carrying out own assessments of patients' health and well-being
- Provide care and support/guidance in the municipality's care and nursing homes, the functional disability area and in home care
- Participate in teamwork to ensure good and safe care Documentation of care interventions
- Participate actively in development and quality work
- Some readiness may occur by agreement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Registered nurse/specialist nurse
- Requirement for a B driving license
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Ability to perform independent assessments and make decisions in acute situations
- Empathy and interest in patient needs
- Interest in change and development work
- Further training as a specialist nurse is an advantage
- Experience in primary care or elderly care is an advantage

The salary range for this position is between 38 - 42 000 SEK/month full-time. We apply individual salary setting based on your experience and skills.
