We are currently seeking nursing assistants/care staff for the Home Care Service in Vuollerim, as well as for Bjärkagården, a small assisted living facility with two units. 5 positions. JOB DUTIES Your duties as a nursing assistant/care staff member include ensuring a good quality of life for our clients using a person-centered approach. The work primarily consists of nursing and care tasks, as well as providing social support and guidance. You will also perform support tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping. Work hours are flexible based on the needs of the facility and your preferences. Our facility operates 24 hours a day. QUALIFICATIONS We expect applicants to have training as a nursing assistant or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. We are looking for someone who is positive, committed, and responsible, with strong empathy. Proficiency in the Swedish language is required, both spoken and written, as communication and documentation are an important part of the job. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, maturity, and the ability to work well with others. You must be able to work both independently and collaboratively with others on the team. We use various digital tools, so you need to have knowledge of how to use digital technology and be comfortable using a computer in your daily work, particularly for documentation purposes. We use Pulsen Combine as our operational system. A Class B driver’s license is required. Employment Type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 3–6 months, start date: October 5, 2026.
