Summer temporary service and maintenance
During the period June-August, we need your help when our regular staff goes on vacation. We are therefore looking for a number of people who can support the business during the summer period.
The work means that you are responsible for an area under constant change that places high demands on protection awareness and security.
As our operations are conducted in the mining area in Kaunisvaara, you will be stationed there.
As a holiday substitute in service and maintenance at our mobile machinery unit, you will work on tasks such as servicing, troubleshooting and repairs on our loaders, mining trucks, drilling rigs and other mining machinery.
The work also includes being helpful with other work within production and other departments within the scope of your competence when regular tasks are not performed. The role also includes being responsible for ensuring that the handling of machines, facilities and processes is carried out in a safe and efficient manner from a working environment, cost and maintenance perspective.
Education and qualifications
We are looking for you who have high school qualifications, or equivalent skills that the company deems equivalent, preferably with a focus on technology, industry or maintenance.
For employment, a B driver's license for a manual gearbox, the ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written, and basic IT skills are required. Experience of working with service and maintenance in industry or mining is advantageous. If you have a C card or machine operator training, that is a plus.
The role requires you to be self-motivated and take responsibility for and structure your tasks and drive the processes forward. You plan, organize and prioritize work well. You easily adapt to changing circumstances and see the possibilities in changes.
As a person, you are attentive and accommodating and you have an interest, desire and ability to help others and make an effort to deliver solutions. You have good cooperation skills, you listen, communicate and solve situations that arise in a constructive way. In order to succeed in the job, it is important that you are meticulous and have a desire to reach set goals.
