For our laboratory in Kaunisvaara, we are now looking for a temporary laboratory technician.

Tasks

• Perform routine analyses including reception, sample preparation, analysis and reporting.
• The workplace must be cleaned and kept clean and tidy throughout the shift. A clean working environment is a basic prerequisite for the business we conduct and is crucial for safety, quality and a professional approach.
• Participate in analytical activities with instruments XRF, Leco, Malvern, ABA, David's Tube, etc.

The work must be carried out in a safe and efficient manner from a work environment, cost and maintenance perspective.

Education and qualifications

We are looking for you who have upper secondary education or equivalent skills with experience from similar activities. You have the ability to communicate orally and in writing in Swedish. B-driving license is also required. Experience of laboratory activities is an advantage.

Induction training is carried out with all temporary workers before the start of the temporary position. The length of the introduction varies depending on the previous experience you have in the field of work.

Employment conditions

Substitute during the absence of regular staff. Individual salary setting according to collective agreements with Unionen, Ledarna and Sveriges ingenjörer.
