About T10

T10 is Innlandet's joint initiative to meet future skills needs and attract new talent to the region. Through collaboration between business, the public sector and academia, T10 will help to attract the right skills to staff the 10,000 jobs that the Inland Region, according to the Inland Portfolio, is expected to create by 2030. The initiative already brings together several of the region's most significant players, including Sparebank 1 Østlandet, Nammo, Norsk Tipping, Green Mountain, Topro, Eidsiva, Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and Kilde - together with support from Inland Norway County Council.

With strong marketing, international recruitment and a growing partnership, we will make Inland Norway a natural choice for the talents of the future.

Your role as project manager

As project manager for T10, you will have a key role in driving the initiative forward. You will be the link between our partners, new players and the entire regional ecosystem. Your responsibility will be to ensure progress, visibility and that more companies, organizations and municipalities become part of the journey.

Your tasks will include:

• Have ongoing contact with and responsibility for the steering group, consisting of HR directors from T10's "Founding partners" (Sparebank 1 Østlandet, Nammo, Norsk Tipping, Green Mountain, Topro, Eidsiva, Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences and Kilde)

• Further develop the project locally in the region and engage new stakeholders.
