As a supervisor at the Labor Market and Integration Unit, you must carry out individually tailored coaching and supervision for people assigned, mainly via the Social Security Administration and the Employment Service, and the overall objective is to contribute to the participants achieving self-sufficiency. This takes place, among other things, through job training, internships, coaching, guidance and matching.
At the Labor Market and Integration Unit, we work with people who need support in becoming self-supporting, settle and guide new arrivals as instructed by the Migration Agency, we support and coach young people 1624 years. Together with one of the supervisors, you are responsible for the Boomerangen recycling shop and other activities that are relevant depending on the needs of the participants and with good quality. The employment market unit also runs the Leisure Bank and a Service Group. We work in a team and we should be able to help where needed. At the Labor Market Unit consisting of a Business Developer and three Labor Market Supervisors, we work together on the participants' individual planning. We strive for an expansion of the business, which is planned to consist of four Labor market supervisors and hence a limited-time position. In addition to developing the business, you will guide, coach and provide individual support to the participants in the practical work of the business as well as be helpful in solving and guiding problems that may arise. The position means that you work both with individuals and with group activities.
As the labor market is constantly changing, the Labor Market Unit needs to be continuously developed in order to provide the best possible support to people outside the labor market. We believe that you, who are applying for the job as a labor market supervisor, are a person who likes change work and wants to contribute to developing the business going forward.
We are looking for you who have a college or university education in behavioral science, experience in social work or in an area suitable for the position or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have previous experience in leadership, have good initiative and a great commitment to marginalized people. You have good knowledge and interest in labor market issues.
To thrive in the role of supervisor, you need to be clear and able to work practically with the participants, be flexible and have great problem-solving skills. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are analytical, logical thinking, creative and driven, but also unprestigious and reflective and find it easy to collaborate. You must have the ability to see the whole and have a positive and supportive approach. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
We would like you to have knowledge in climate-smart issues as our ambition is to develop our work in that area.
Driving license B is a requirement.
