DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As an after-school teacher, you will work to ensure that children have meaningful and educational leisure time before, during and after school. The focus is on pupils' needs, development and learning. You work to encourage children to take their own initiatives, but also organize various indoor and outdoor activities. After-school staff are responsible for the after-school program, running break activities and working with teachers to help students achieve their goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have a teacher's license with a focus on after-school care. You are committed and interested in the development of the school and are familiar with the curriculum. You plan, implement and follow up activities by reflecting and documenting. You feel passion and joy in working with the students, you see collegial learning as a prerequisite for student development and you look forward to working together in teams, towards common goals and focus on the students. You take responsibility for your work tasks, are curious and full of initiative. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
