You work closely with users and therefore you should have a great interest in people, patience and the ability to understand the users' situation. We would like to see that you have knowledge of minority languages such as Sami, Meänkieli or Finnish. Knowledge of the IT system Pulsen Combine and Microsoft 365 is also an advantage.
