The tasks include being sensitive to the users' individual needs, wishes and resources. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for people who want to work with people with physical, mental and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities. You should have an upper secondary education in care or child and leisure education with a focus on developmental disabilities, social work or other education with a similar focus. You are responsible and have a positive and educational attitude. You show good judgment and are aware of the impact of your statements and actions. You are open to new ideas, proactive and flexible. You have good interpersonal skills and a professional approach. You should have experience with the target group. It is an advantage if you also have experience of working with clarifying pedagogy. You should have good computer skills as we document digitally and apply our own scheduling. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
