The leisure unit in Kiruna municipality is responsible for the operation of municipal leisure facilities such as Sporthallen, Lombia and Matojärvi. The leisure and service department recruits employees for the entire department, which allows for varied tasks and changes between facilities. We are now looking for a caretaker based in Lombia/Matojärvi. WORK DUTIES As a caretaker, you are the face of our business and deliver the highest level of service to our visitors to the facilities. Your tasks will mainly consist of ice care, property-related tasks, customer service, association dialogue, simple housekeeping, repairs, maintenance of soccer fields, snow removal, etc. Work at our other facilities may be added if necessary. The work takes place in shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you have a high school diploma. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language and basic computer skills. We would like for you to have previous work experience as a caretaker or property manager. We see that you can work both in a team and independently, and that you have good customer service. It is advantageous if you have good knowledge of English, in real estate-related tasks and experience in ice maintenance with an ice machine and working with wheel loaders.
