We are therefore seeking a dedicated and competent individual who is interested in working on development initiatives within Individual and Family Care in accordance with the new Social Services Act. 1 position(s). JOB DUTIES A significant portion of your work time will be dedicated to preventive work and coordinating preventive efforts within social services. You will also serve as a coordinator for the SSPF (collaboration model for schools, social services, police, and recreation). In this role, you will collaborate closely with several experienced colleagues in the Individual and Family Care department, which provides excellent opportunities for guidance, collegial support, and collaborative problem-solving. Your primary responsibilities will involve outreach and preventive work. You will collaborate within the municipality as well as with other agencies and organizations. For this position, you need to be organized, meticulous, and able to plan your work independently. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, social care, or another post-secondary education program deemed equivalent by the employer that includes law and the exercise of public authority. Experience in similar work is a plus. You take a holistic approach to your work, and the ability to coordinate different aspects is an important quality, as are commitment and a willingness to develop. An understanding of and respect for working in a politically governed organization are essential for this position. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. A Class B driver’s license is required.
