JOB DUTIES Job duties include primary responsibility for special diets, including planning, ordering, and daily preparation of special meals, as well as the preparation of other meals. The job also includes washing dishes, cleaning, and other general kitchen duties. You will work in a close-knit team where collaboration and flexibility are essential. The role involves handling all tasks typical of a commercial kitchen, such as preparing meals—including special diets—washing dishes, cleaning, placing orders, and serving. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with culinary training or equivalent experience. Strong knowledge of both the theory and practice of special dietary needs is a plus. Strong computer skills are a must, as most administrative work is done digitally. To thrive in the role of chef, you must be able to handle stress, be creative, flexible, and responsible, and have a genuine interest in cooking. You have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
