JOB DUTIES
As a childcare worker, you’ll be part of a team that works together in accordance with current policy documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together as a team, you’ll work to support the children’s development and learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for someone with training in early childhood education. Experience working with children and a shared commitment to the preschool’s mission are a plus. You have strong collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that adapts to the situation. A positive attitude is essential. You are interested in developing new work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You interact professionally with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues and can easily build strong relationships. We place great importance on all educators contributing to the children’s language development; therefore, a strong command of the Swedish language—both spoken and written—is required. We also place great importance on personal suitability.
