JOB DUTIES
As a childcare worker, you’ll be part of a team that works together in accordance with current policy documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together as a team, you’ll work to support the children’s development and learning.
QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for someone with early childhood education training or other educational experience. Knowledge of autism is a plus, as is sharing the preschool’s philosophy. You have strong collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that adapts to the situation. A positive attitude is essential. You are interested in developing new work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You interact professionally with children, parents, and colleagues and can easily build strong relationships. We place great importance on all educators contributing to the children’s language development; therefore, a strong command of the Swedish language—both spoken and written—is required. We also place great importance on personal suitability.

Employment Type: Permanent position.
