JOB DUTIES As a childcare worker at Jökeln and Lilla Björn’s preschool, you’ll be part of a team that works together in accordance with current policy documents and guidelines for the preschool. Together as a team, you’ll support the children’s development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with childcare training or a degree from the Child and Leisure Program. You have strong collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that adapts to the situation. A positive attitude is essential. You are interested in developing new work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You interact professionally with children, guardians, and colleagues and can easily build strong relationships.
