JOB DESCRIPTION
The Preschool Pool consists of staff who cover the needs that arise in preschools on short notice. As a member of the preschool pool, you’ll work at various preschools in Kiruna C and Jukkasjärvi, where you’ll meet many different people in a short period of time. That’s why it’s important that you’re someone who enjoys variety—whether it comes to coworkers, children, parents, or workplaces.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are primarily looking for candidates with childcare training or a degree from the Child and Leisure Program. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You should be flexible, have good interpersonal skills, and be able to collaborate and adapt to new ways of working. You interact professionally with children, parents, and colleagues and can easily build positive relationships. A positive outlook that focuses on opportunities rather than obstacles is a hallmark of your character.
In accordance with the Act on Suitability Checks, an extract from the police criminal record must be presented upon hiring. Please order one immediately when you submit your application, as the processing time at the police department is approximately 2 weeks. Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start date: September 7, 2026, or as otherwise agreed.
