WORK TASKS
As a childcare worker in a recreation center, you work to ensure that children have meaningful and educational leisure time before, during and after school. The focus is on pupils' needs, development and learning. You work to encourage children to take their own initiatives, but also organize various indoor and outdoor activities. The staff at the after-school center are responsible for the after-school center, conduct break activities and work together in the team to ensure that the students achieve their goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have childcare training. It would be an advantage if you have experience of working in a recreation center. You have good collaboration skills and are independent, enterprising and goal-oriented and have an approach that is situation-adapted. A positive attitude is essential. You are interested in developing new working methods and sharing knowledge and experience with colleagues. You have a professional approach to children, guardians and colleagues and can easily establish good relationships. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
We would like you to attach a diploma to your application.
