The Social Administration's staff works on behalf of the Social Administration's management team in all areas such as individual and family care, outpatient care, elderly care, social psychiatry and LSS. We are now looking for a Coordinator for Domestic Violence who is tasked with working strategically, raising awareness and coordinating when it comes to domestic violence, honor-related violence and oppression as well as prostitution and human trafficking. They work as an integral part of the administrative management staff and share responsibility for administrative tasks and can be assigned to ongoing processes that the administrative management prioritizes. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As a coordinator, you are responsible for the social administration's work on violence in close relationships, honor-related violence and oppression, and prostitution and human trafficking. This entails a comprehensive and at the same time operational work with the aim of supporting the social administration's activities with a focus on development and quality assurance. The assignment includes being responsible for the implementation of procedures as well as the follow-up and revision of action plans and guidelines to ensure legal certainty. You have overall responsibility for development issues, training and cooperation between internal and external partners and social actors such as healthcare, police, schools and civil society. The assignment includes developing a training plan and holding training sessions for employees in the municipality on domestic violence and honor-related violence and oppression. The position also involves being Kiruna municipality's representative in local and regional networks and you are expected to take an active part in national developments in the field. QUALIFICATIONS The job requires a degree in social work, behavioral science, social science or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. You have a good ability to independently drive development work, to involve internal and external stakeholders and to train in the field. You have personal commitment, personal drive, good teamwork skills and good ability to express yourself in speech and writing. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability. Experience of similar tasks would be an advantage, as would experience of social services activities. Interviews may be held on an ongoing basis before the application deadline.
