In the role of coordinator, you are a support person for the unit managers at Solbacken. You are the unit managers' administrative support, and are responsible for, among other things, planning of daily staffing, procurement of substitutes and operation of the business. You will work in various computer systems, which requires good computer skills. You must be familiar with the finances of the business and work for good quality and a good working environment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are solution-focused and can work independently, are flexible and confident and have the ability to organize based on financial and business needs. We see that you have the ability to work proactively and to see details as well as the whole. Together with the Head of Unit, you will motivate the staff team to work towards set goals. Basic computer skills are a requirement and you must have a good command of the Swedish language in speech and writing. We are looking for you who have at least upper secondary education that is considered relevant to the assignment.
