JOB DESCRIPTION. As a digitalization developer, you work strategically and broadly with digital school development from an accessibility perspective. Your role involves varied tasks: leading and coordinating processes and activities, investigating, monitoring the business environment, and actively participating in and leading projects, steering groups and networks. The administration works with various IT systems and you are expected to have frequent contacts with both internal and external actors where cooperation with the municipality's IT department is particularly important. In collaboration with the administration's ICT educator, you are expected to oversee and coordinate efforts so that the culture and education administration can take advantage of the opportunities of digitization for school development in the best possible way. You will thus act as a strategic support to pre-school and primary school principals on information and communication technology (ICT) issues. Access according to agreement. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a relevant academic degree in the field of IT, or equivalent skills that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience of project management/project control, business development at strategic and operational level and an understanding of the school's core processes and how digital services can support these. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of relevant policy documents and/or business-specific ICT issues. As a person, you are structured and goal-oriented, have good social skills, are service-oriented and strive to deliver solutions.
