We look forward to hearing from you! 1 place(s). JOB DESCRIPTION. As a Food Inspector, you will work with food processing and control. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and carry out inspections and audits of food establishments across the municipality. You will also handle incoming registrations and investigate complaints, suspected food poisoning and provide advice and information to businesses. The work involves frequent contact with businesses, citizens and the media, all of whom you must be able to deal with in a professional manner. We are a relatively small environmental office, which means that as an inspector you have the opportunity to work very broadly in the areas of supervision and that we step in for each other when needed. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as an environmental and health protection inspector, dietician or have other training that the employer considers equivalent and suitable. We would like you to have experience of working as a food inspector or from working in the food industry. To thrive in the role, you need to have good organizational skills, be service-oriented and good at communicating. You will need to be able to work both independently and as part of a team and have a flexible approach to tasks. It is an advantage if you have previous experience of working in a political organization and especially in municipal administration. Experience of working with public authorities would also be an advantage. The role requires that you express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Driving license class B is a requirement. Type of employment: Permanent employment. Duration: Permanent.
