WORK TASKS We are now looking for a health coordinator who, together with a colleague, wants to be involved in developing Kiruna municipality's overall work with work-oriented rehabilitation, health and work environment issues, both strategically and operationally. As a health coordinator, you have overall responsibility for a structured and effective rehabilitation process and work in a consultative capacity to convey knowledge about work environment and health issues. The role also includes acting as a commissioning agent for occupational health services. This work means that you support managers in placing orders, are a controller of costs and invoices, coordinate efforts made both for individuals and groups where there is a need for occupational health care and rehabilitation. It is you who, together with the responsible manager, leads rehabilitation meetings and the goal is to actively promote the return to work of our employees. Your closest colleagues are HR consultants in the HR department and you report to the Head of HR. QUALIFICATIONS You have an academic background in occupational health and safety, vocational rehabilitation, health, behavioral sciences, human resources or equivalent that we consider appropriate. It is an advantage if you have several years' experience of working in the public sector and/or have several years' experience of rehabilitation work in an organization. It is also an advantage if you have experience in the practical application of labor law processes or have worked in the HR field. To thrive in the role, you need to be good at structuring and planning your work. You are committed, goal-oriented and flexible. As a person, you have a strong drive and desire to find and implement improvements. You also have good communication and collaboration skills. You have very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing, as you will have many contacts both internal and external. We will attach great importance to your personal qualities.
