The HR department's mission is to deliver operational support and advice to the municipality's managers and operations, drive strategic HR development and follow up and work to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the HR area. WORK TASKS We are now looking for an HR strategist who wants to contribute with their experience, commitment and personal qualities to develop Kiruna municipality's HR work in the long term. It is a new role and you will have the opportunity to drive and participate in various development processes in strategic HR areas. As an HR strategist, you have a central and cohesive role in driving the municipality's long-term and strategic HR work. You will work independently, but also in close collaboration with HR colleagues and managers in all departments. You work strategically linked to, among other things, skills supply, salary process and to strengthen the HR department's work with follow-up, evaluation and analysis. The work is varied and examples of tasks are to: - Coordinate, plan and drive development work. - Evaluating, following up and analyzing HR measures and activities and developing structures for this. - Developing governing documents such as policies, guidelines and procedures. - Develop, manage and follow up on municipality-wide HR strategies. - Ensure link between business objectives and strategic HR work. QUALIFICATIONS - We are looking for you who have a university education with a focus on HR, or other university education that the employer considers equivalent. - Several years of experience in qualified HR work with a strategic focus. - Experience of leading development work in various HR processes. - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
