The HR department's mission is to deliver operational support and advice to the municipality's managers and operations, drive development and follow up and work to ensure compliance with laws and regulations in the HR area. We develop and support the municipality's activities in areas such as leadership and employeeship, work environment, labor law, salary formation, recruitment, skills supply, pensions, collective agreements and strategic HR development.

JOB DESCRIPTION.
We are now looking for an HR strategist with the task of developing and driving the municipality's long-term work on skills supply and the employee journey.
The role is new and involves a lot of freedom of action. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with HR colleagues, managers and departments throughout the organization. As an HR strategist, you have a central and cohesive role in driving the municipality's long-term HR work. You work strategically linked to, among other things, skills supply, the entire employee journey and strengthening the HR department's work with follow-up, evaluation and analysis.
The work is varied and examples of tasks are to:
- Plan, coordinate and drive development initiatives in skills management and employer branding
- Developing structures for monitoring and analyzing HR processes (e.g. recruitment, skills development, staff turnover)
- Analyze current situation, future skills needs and propose strategic actions
- Support managers and the HR function in change and development processes
- Prepare decision-making documents and present strategic HR issues in various forums
- Work across the municipality and cross-functionally on long-term HR issues
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have:
- University degree in HR/Human Resources or other academic training deemed equivalent by the employer
- Several years of experience in strategic and qualitative HR work
- Proven experience of leading and driving development work in HR processes
- Good ability to analyze, structure and communicate complex issues
- Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish

- Experience of working in a public sector or politically governed organization
- Experience of strategic work with skills supply and employer branding
- Experience in organizational development
