We are now looking for an HR strategist with the task of developing and driving the municipality's long-term work on skills supply and the employee journey. The role is new and involves a lot of freedom of action. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with HR colleagues, managers and departments throughout the organization. As an HR strategist, you have a central and cohesive role in driving the municipality's long-term HR work. You work strategically linked to, among other things, skills supply, the entire employee journey and strengthening the HR department's work with follow-up, evaluation and analysis.
