DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES As Head of Catering, you will have the main responsibility for the school meals service. You will manage budgets and financial resources, lead and support staff, and ensure that we serve good, nutritious and sustainable food. Communication and interaction with other departments and stakeholders is also an important part of your work. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a committed and positive leader who can motivate and inspire their team. You have a university degree in Food Science (180 p) or equivalent. You also have previous management experience in commercial kitchens, which means you are well prepared to handle the challenges that may arise in this role. You have a good ability to communicate and anchor the goals and visions of the business, both internally and externally. You are thorough, creative and enjoy working in a team. You understand that a health-promoting lifestyle is part of good leadership and can communicate this in the organization.
