Your tasks include investigating and assessing the need for physiotherapeutic interventions. You work to improve or maintain the individual's abilities and compensate for any reduced functional capacity. Your professional role includes prescribing and fitting various assistive devices. You will disseminate knowledge about rehabilitative methods and approaches, as well as supervising and training nursing staff in transfer techniques and the handling of assistive devices. Within the healthcare department, we work on quality and development work in various areas. Your work areas will be in home care / special housing / LSS and psychiatry within Kiruna municipality. Access according to agreement. The work is scheduled for daytime. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist / physiotherapist. As a person, you are positive and confident in yourself. You have a good ability to see the big picture and are good at structuring and organizing your work independently in an effective way. You enjoy working in a team and value good cooperation between other professional categories in order to contribute to and develop the business forward. You have good interpersonal skills and maintain a professional and respectful approach when dealing with users and staff. You have good digital skills and documentation skills. Previous experience in municipal health care is an advantage, but not a requirement. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
