You work to improve or maintain the individual's abilities and compensate for any reduced functional ability. Your professional role includes prescribing and testing various aids. You spread knowledge about rehabilitative methods and approaches as well as supervise and train nursing staff in movement techniques and handling of aids. Within the health care department, we work with quality and development work in various areas. Your work areas will be within home health care/special housing/LSS and psychiatry within Kiruna municipality. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist/physiotherapist. As a person, you are positive and confident in yourself. You have a good ability to see the big picture and are good at structuring and organizing your work independently and efficiently. You enjoy working in teams and value good cooperation between other professional categories to contribute to and develop the business going forward. You are skilled in your approach and maintain a professional and respectful approach when dealing with users and employees. You have good digital competence and documentation skills. Previous experience from municipal healthcare is advantageous, but not a requirement. We attach great importance to personal suitability. Driving license is a requirement.
