JOB DESCRIPTION Kiruna municipality is strengthening its long-term and operational work with its premises and properties. Based on new information regarding the urban transformation, the municipality has an increased need to work with the premises and real estate area. Kiruna municipality has a number of its own premises within the new deformation zone, as well as agreements with a number of different actors who have premises within the zone that need to be managed. The idea is that you as a premises planner will support our existing premises strategist in this work. You will assist with premises audits at each administration/department, together with the premises strategist you will develop a premises supply plan for the municipal group and you will work with relocations of tenants. The position includes being the contact person for the municipality's tenants, such as associations and municipal activities. You will also be active in the municipality's premises group and its subgroups, participate in various investigations and sometimes lead your own investigations. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position and/or work experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have insight into areas such as real estate economics, investment calculations and rental legislation. You have good digital skills and are used to working in the Office suite. Experience in property management is an advantage, preferably in the public sector. A B driving license is required for the position. As the position is in the build-up phase, there is the opportunity to be involved in shaping the position to some extent and to help build structure and routines. To succeed in the role, we believe that you are a person who is driven and analytical with the ability to see the big picture and find solutions to complex issues. You are confident and clear in your communication, both written and oral, and can adapt your message to different audiences. You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and feel comfortable speaking in front of groups. Furthermore, you are structured and have good problem-solving skills, which helps you to work in a long-term and systematic way.
