JOB DUTIES The role of a nursing assistant involves assisting users according to their individual needs with personal care, mealtimes, mobility, activities, and more. An important part of the role is to support users’ independence. This means providing them with support and encouraging them to continue doing what they are capable of doing on their own. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has completed training as a care assistant. Experience in nursing care and knowledge of dementia are a plus.
