JOB DUTIES Assist service users as needed with personal care, mealtimes, mobility, and activities. Promote the well-being of service users and prioritize a person-centered approach. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has primarily studied the Health and Social Care program or has equivalent training, or who has experience in health and social care. A compassionate and professional approach is essential in healthcare, and we place great importance on this. You should also be able to provide a sense of security for those you care for and their families. This role involves effective collaboration with various professionals and performing medical nursing tasks as delegated by a registered nurse. We would prefer that you have experience with, or feel comfortable working in, our administrative systems, Combine and Personec. We also expect you to have very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Proficiency in Finnish, Meänkieli, or Sami, as well as at least three years of experience in nursing and care or healthcare, is a plus. A Class B driver’s license is required.
