JOB DUTIES Working as a nursing assistant involves assisting service users according to their individual needs in areas such as personal care, mealtimes, mobility, activities, and more. An important part of the role is to support the residents’ well-being. This means providing them with support and encouraging them to continue doing what they are capable of doing on their own.
