JOB DUTIES Working as a nursing assistant involves assisting service users according to their individual needs in areas such as personal care, mealtimes, mobility, activities, and more. An important part of the role is to support the residents’ well-being. This means providing them with support and encouraging them to continue doing what they are capable of doing on their own. We place great emphasis on building personal relationships and prioritize the individual’s best interests. Our goal is for residents to experience dignity and well-being to the greatest extent possible. QUALIFICATIONS We are primarily looking for candidates who have completed a high school-level healthcare and social care program. Experience in nursing care and knowledge of dementia are a plus. We value a high level of empathy and a strong commitment to the well-being of older adults and their ability to live with dignity. Addressing the diverse needs and capabilities of our residents is second nature to you. It is important that you maintain a professional and respectful demeanor and have the ability to create a sense of security and calm even in stressful situations. You have a positive attitude and contribute to a positive work environment to foster good teamwork. The job involves providing medical care as delegated by a nurse. The role also includes documentation in the Combine system. A Class B driver’s license is required. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
