JOB DUTIES As a job coach, you and the employee will identify the employee’s interests, resources, and abilities, and together develop an action plan to achieve the employee’s individual goals. The role of the job coach is to motivate, guide, and plan for future work, with the aim of preparing the employee for employment while also creating opportunities for them to transition into other jobs or pursue further education. The role also involves identifying workplaces and supporting these partnerships to foster effective collaboration. All work is carried out both independently and in collaboration with others. We base our approach on the individual’s preferences regarding career paths and work and provide support based on their needs. Administrative tasks are included, such as documentation in Combine. You will be part of a team with other staff members at the Rymdhuset Day Program (SAVO), where we collaborate and share responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS We require that you have a high school diploma. It is desirable and considered a plus to have pedagogical training in the form of “ISA: Individual Support in the Workplace” and “MI: Motivational Interviewing.” You should be responsible, have a positive mindset, and demonstrate a clear pedagogical approach. You should also be responsive to the individual needs, wishes, and resources of the participants. The position requires flexibility in both thinking and personality. You are open to new ideas, proactive, and have excellent teamwork skills. The job requires good physical fitness and mobility. Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish is required.  We place great emphasis on personal suitability and experience working with this target group.
