JOB DESCRIPTION We are currently seeking preschool teachers for the Jökeln and Lilla Björn preschools. At our preschools, we work according to the preschool curriculum, and as a preschool teacher, you will be responsible, together with the work team, for the educational work at the preschool. You are well-versed in policy documents and how they relate to children’s learning and our operations. You contribute to a positive and nurturing environment for both the individual child and the group as a whole, and work to create a good balance between care and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for a licensed preschool teacher. You have strong collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented. A positive attitude is essential. You are interested in developing new work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. We place great importance on all educators contributing to the children’s language development; therefore, strong proficiency in the Swedish language—both spoken and written—is a requirement.
