JOB DUTIES
As a school attendant, you will organize, plan, carry out, and follow up on various activities for students throughout the school day. The Convention on the Rights of the Child and the core values of the curriculum—including promotional, preventive, and remedial work—form the foundation of this role and contribute to a safer school day for students.
The school host is a vital resource at the school. In this role, you will work with middle school students. You will support and monitor students in their various learning environments throughout the school day. You will collaborate with teachers and other school staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone with at least a high school education or who has otherwise acquired knowledge and experience deemed suitable by the employer.
You are a responsible and confident person who is passionate about creating a safe school environment. You can take initiative, communicate clearly, collaborate easily, and have a strong ability to build relationships with students. You enjoy engaging and motivating students. We expect you to have knowledge of and the ability to use a low-affect approach. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Criminal Record:

Employment Type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent; Start Date: To be agreed upon. A probationary period may apply. The position is 50% of full-time.
