WORK TASKS The position is located at Högalidskolan grades 4-9. You will work with study and vocational guidance for students at Högalidskolan and collaborate with other study and vocational counselors in the municipality. The service also includes producing, developing and implementing municipality-wide routines, support materials and methods for work with study and vocational guidance in Kiruna municipality for all grades in primary school. The work is done in collaboration with the relevant staff in primary school and in dialog with other study and vocational counselors. The work includes producing and providing information and supporting other staff's work with study and career guidance. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a degree in study and vocational guidance and have experience of working as a study and vocational guidance counselor. You have a good knowledge of the Swedish education system and labor market and experience of investigative tasks, preferably in compulsory education. You are independent, proactive and goal-oriented. You can express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and you are good at cooperation. We attach great importance to personal suitability.
