JOB DUTIES As a supervisor, you will work closely with participants in daily activities, tailoring your approach to each individual’s needs, wishes, and circumstances. You will plan, carry out, and follow up on activities that promote participation, personal development, and a good quality of life. Your responsibilities will include, among other things: • Supporting and motivating participants in their daily activities. • Planning and carrying out individually tailored activities. • Working according to implementation plans and established goals. • Documenting in accordance with applicable laws and procedures. • Collaborating with family members, colleagues, guardians, and other partners. • Contributing to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment. QUALIFICATIONS • We are looking for someone with an education in education or a related field, or other education deemed equivalent by the employer. • The job requires good physical ability and mobility. • Experience with Individual Support at Work (ISA) and/or knowledge of sign language is a plus. • You must be responsible, have a positive attitude, and demonstrate a clear pedagogical approach. • You must also be attentive to employees’ individual needs, preferences, and resources. • You demonstrate good judgment and understand that your words and actions influence the situation. • You are open to new ideas, proactive, able to work toward long-term goals, and have excellent collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
