QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have post-secondary education in a relevant field for the position and/or work experience that the employer considers equivalent. If you have documented training in leadership, we consider it an advantage. You should have previous experience of working as a manager or leader with experience of personnel and budget responsibility. Experience of work environment management and/or safety issues as well as work in the public sector, politically controlled activities and/or experience of working with associations would be an advantage. Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both oral and written, is a requirement. Furthermore, we also see that you have a good habit of using computers as tools and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
