JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Systems Technician with expertise in authorization management and technical application operations. As an IT Systems Engineer, you will work closely with our internal customers and with our other employees to ensure the smooth operation of business applications and the effective management of authorization management for our systems and applications. Responsibilities: - Customize, configure and administer our technical platforms for authorization management with associated connections to other systems and applications. - Using MDM systems, monitor, maintain and version manage applications to ensure that they meet business requirements for confidentiality, availability and accuracy. - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application operation. - Collaborate with other systems engineers, infrastructure engineers, workplace engineers, our IT Service Desk, vendors and other stakeholders to implement solutions, customizations and improvements. - In appropriate technology areas and as a technical specialist, guide and support the municipality's core business in procurements, customizations and integrations as well as in contacts with suppliers and other technical stakeholders. - Documenting and reporting technical solutions and work processes. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have a relevant education in IT or equivalent work experience, as well as 5-10 years of experience in similar roles. You have good knowledge of access control and user account management and authentication, and are confident in technical operation and management of applications. You have a good ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in a structured way and enjoy working both independently and in teams. The role requires strong communication skills and very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
