WORK TASKS The role includes handling simpler assistance cases in elderly care under the Social Services Act. This includes home care services, assessment, investigation and registration of applications as well as related administrative tasks such as documentation, record keeping and case follow-up. You also answer incoming calls on the reception phone and provide information and guidance to individuals. You will work closely with several experienced caseworkers, providing good opportunities for supervision, peer support and joint problem-solving. QUALIFICATIONS We see that you have started higher education in the social work program or other equivalent education. - Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish - Basic computer skills and administrative skills - Ability to work in a structured, thorough and independent manner - B driving license is a requirement Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
