JOB DUTIES In the role of childcare worker, you’ll be part of a team that works together in accordance with current policy documents and guidelines for preschools. You have strong collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that adapts to the situation. A positive attitude is essential. You interact professionally with children, parents, and colleagues and can easily build strong relationships.
