JOB DUTIES As a childcare provider at Norrskenet Preschool, you’ll be part of a team that works together in accordance with current regulations and guidelines for preschools. Together as a team, you’ll support the children’s development and learning. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with childcare training or a degree from the Childcare and Leisure Program. You have strong collaboration skills and are independent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with an approach that adapts to the situation. A positive attitude is essential. You are interested in developing new work methods and sharing knowledge and experiences with colleagues. You interact professionally with children, parents, and colleagues and can easily build strong relationships.
