Your role

Now we are looking for more developers for the project management office (PMO) who will support and develop LKAB's project operations. Our mission is to give LKAB's operations the conditions to coordinate and run effective projects, programs and portfolios. We develop project methods, tools, system support, training, management and decision-making processes. An important part is to make information available in a simple and clear way for everyone who needs it in their work.

In the role, you will drive development within the PMO's assignments and areas of expertise. We work in smaller teams and often collaborate with other functions within LKAB. You can run your own projects and assignments or be part of cross-functional collaborations. Your role is to improve working methods and we welcome all new ideas that make work easier and clearer.

In the role of developer with us, you are expected to take personal responsibility for planning and carrying out your assignments. Characteristics we value are that you are structured, flexible and can easily collaborate with colleagues and clients. You work independently with a strong customer focus and enjoy working with varied tasks. You are an efficient administrator who enjoys making work easier for others. As the service may involve the processing of sensitive information, confidentiality is important. If you are a person who enjoys developing and taking on new assignments, you will thrive in this role.

We expect you have

  • A theoretical high school education or university degree
  • A certain habit of working in an international environment where you are fluent in both Swedish and English
  • B driving license is a requirement for the position
  • Experience of similar tasks is advantageous
