We are looking for a Group Manager for transaction management for the finance function within the iron ore business area

Your role

The main task for the group within transaction management is to manage the process around the parent company's incoming supplier invoices and customer invoices for things other than iron ore. An important part of the assignment is support for the business. In your role as Group Manager, you are responsible for maintaining an efficient function for transaction management. The role includes developing working methods and processes for qualitative and efficient management. The work takes place in close collaboration with others within the finance function and cross-functionally with other parts of the business.

The group for transaction management consists of 8 employees that you are responsible for leading and developing. In the role, you report to the section manager for Accounting and transaction management and the location is Kiruna. You will be part of the management team for Economics Business Area Iron Ore. You will also have the opportunity for training and development in leadership and coaching.

You have this with you

You have good experience of working with accounting and/or transaction management. You have financial education at university level or have acquired equivalent knowledge through work experience.

To succeed in the role, the ability to understand and develop processes is important. As a person, you are innovative and can, through a systematic way of working and your own drive, make things happen. You may be a leader today, but the most important thing is that you have an interest in leadership and good communication skills.

In the role, you will work to develop your employees, work towards set goals and maintain good cooperation with other parts of the business.
