About the role

Working as a guide at LKAB is a fun and stimulating assignment. The service is very varied and includes guidance in Swedish or English. Our visits focus on the transition to carbon dioxide-free processes and products, the environment and societal transformation.

In the role, you will, among other things:

  • Prepare, plan and carry out guided visits, with associated administration.
  • Work actively to further develop the visitor business together with your colleagues.
  • Keep up to date with the latest happenings in our business.
  • Take care of daily supervision of our visitor premises and the visitor mine, including technical equipment and vehicles.

This position is based in Kiruna.

You have this with you

We are looking for someone who is prepared to take a great deal of personal responsibility, has an ability to see the whole picture of the visit and is flexible in your approach. To be comfortable with us, you like to provide very good service, are responsible and take your own initiative. You have high social skills, are pedagogical in your storytelling and are a good ambassador for the company as you are also the face of LKAB's brand during the visits. You have a genuine passion for interacting with people and offering service at a high level with the customer in focus.

Furthermore, the service requires you to:

  • Have at least a high school education, preferably with a specialization in tourism or similar.
  • Has experience in guide operations or other service-related occupations.
  • Has very good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in speech and writing. Knowledge of other languages ​​is an advantage.
  • Is comfortable with the Office package and technical equipment.
  • Has a B driver's license.
