For the Recruitment & Administration section, we are now looking for an HR administrator who wants to become our colleague.

About the role

The role of HR administrator means that you will work with coordination and administration within our HR processes.

You will work with a variety of tasks such as drawing up employment contracts, preferential rights, personnel archives, administration of health care, health examinations and recruitment housing as well as development of processes, routines and working methods.

As LKAB is on a digitization journey that includes the majority of our HR processes, you need to be confident in working in different IT systems.

The role also includes being a support for other HR colleagues and the activities within LKAB regarding HR administration.

The HR administration team will consist of five other knowledgeable and committed colleagues. The Recruitment & Administration section is the part of LKAB's HR Shared Services which also includes the Learning & Development, Payroll and Core & Application sections.

To succeed in this role, you need to be service-oriented, solution-oriented and initiative-taking.

You must have a high school education.

In addition, we would like to see that you have:

· Good communication skills and can create good relationships with colleagues.

· Organizational and time management skills to be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.

· Good structure and analytical ability to be able to use data to make decisions and identify areas for improvement.

· Experience and knowledge in working with HR systems and the Office packages.


As we see an increasing proportion of international employees and managers, good knowledge of Swedish and English is required, both spoken and written. You must feel comfortable being able to answer questions from the business in both Swedish and English.

Driving license (B) is a requirement for all positions at LKAB.
