We are looking for a production manager for our workplace Quality Service, Svappavaara Processing Plant.

Your role

As a production manager, you will be responsible for the operational management, which means that you lead and distribute the daily work. The role requires a great deal of personal responsibility. The work takes place in close collaboration with the group manager for Quality Service.

Your everyday life as a production manager:

  • Systematic work environment improvements such as safety rounds, handling of incident reports and execution/revision of risk analyses.
  • Manage improvements and deviations against safety and established plans.
  • Develop work methods and production equipment.
  • Contact with both external and internal customers

You have this with you

We are looking for someone who is used to working independently and goal-oriented. You have natural leadership qualities and are structured, analytical and well-planned. We value your social skills - it is a prerequisite in communication with both employees and suppliers. We would like you to have experience in the mining or construction industry. It is also advantageous if you have some leadership training or have previously worked with work management.

Otherwise, we see that you have passed a high school diploma or equivalent education and have a B driver's license.
