We are now looking for a production manager for LKAB's chemical laboratory in Malmberget . The laboratory is responsible for chemical analyzes and quality control primarily for LKAB's internal customers.

Your role

You will be the first line manager of a team consisting of 7 employees. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has good leadership skills. As manager, you are responsible for personnel, work environment, budget. An important part is to develop and drive the team and the business forward with a focus on continuous improvement. As production manager, you will be part of the management team for Quality Service.

As a production manager, we are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has good collaboration skills and good leadership skills. You have an interest in running and developing workplaces and groups. You should have a strong understanding of working with the work environment in a systematic and developing way. We have a strong community and short contact paths, which means influencing opportunities and participation in shaping and developing working methods and your working day .

For the service it is required that you have

  • completed high school education
  • B driver's license
  • master the Swedish language in speech and writing

Meritorious if you have

  • education at university level
  • experience from similar jobs and preferably previous experience from a senior position
  • experience from quality work and LKAB's production processes
