LKAB Fastigheter AB meets the need for attractive premises and residential areas for LKAB employees, private individuals and companies at LKAB's locations. We own and manage approximately 2,800 homes in Malmfälten. As an active party in societal transformation, we work for responsible solutions and good relationships and create security for our tenants.

Your role

We are now looking for a service-oriented customer service manager to join our team at LKAB Fastigheter in Kiruna during the holiday season.

Your duties will mainly be customer reception via phone and visits as well as handling error reports in our property system. You will distribute tasks to our own staff as well as our contractors who come in via error reports. Invoice management and tenant administrative duties are also included in the service.

As the position involves many internal and external contacts, it is important that you can easily communicate and collaborate with those around you. Likewise, that you master different work situations, can work independently and always put the customer at the center. To succeed and thrive in the role, you must be service-oriented, stress-resistant, structured and orderly.

You have this with you

  • You must master spoken and written Swedish
  • B driver's license
  • Approved final grades from high school
  • Knowledge of spoken and written English is an advantage
  • Experience of customer reception and the fact that you have worked in larger teams are meritorious
  • You should have computer skills and be able to handle Office programs.

Form of employment: Holiday substitute

Location: Kiruna

Scope: Full-time, Daytime with the possibility of flextime.
