Your role
In our mechanical workshop, you will be part of a team of welders, component repairers, machine operators and technicians. You will work independently with sheet metal and steel structures for mines and works. The duties mainly consist of welding and sheet metal repairs as well as new manufacturing. This includes welding, bending, rolling, drilling and shaping of sheet metal. The duties are very varied and you will occasionally have several ongoing projects at the same time.

You have this with you

We are looking for someone who has knowledge in welding/sheet metal workshop and who has worked with manufacturing/repairs in both thin sheet metal and thick sheet metal. You have basic knowledge of materials and good skills in reading drawings. As a person, you are meticulous, flexible and responsible. You take pride in the work you do and always want to deliver the best quality.

Requirements for the position:

  • B driving license

  • Secondary education or equivalent

  • Experience of MMA and MIG/MAG welding

  • Experience in gas cutting, carbon bending

  • Experience with edge press, sheet metal shears, rolling machine, sawing, cutting machine


  • Training in hot work, truck and traverse training

  • Welding licenses in MMA and MIG/MAG

Scope: Full-time, daytime Monday to Friday 06:00-14:48
